No one puts effort into learning to use his toolset because he's complex and acually has to work for his combos. Most other's just do like 3-4 moves that easly link into each other with out funky delaying or timing. Weavile's best damage comes from doubling up on Icicle Crash, one to start, and another to end, and if you don't time that shit you just wiff. Without that, and you just do basic stuff like the others, and his damage drops towards a rather lackluster 150 or so. he takes effort, in a game most people don't see a reason to put effort into.
