I found myself mixing and matching all three of her weapons constantly over all the testpunches, so I can't single out a favorite. Double whammers were surprisingly effective. Homie is great because of its charge effect. Revolver was a good all-around weapon and I needed it for skillshot and Headlok.

I feel like Ninjara is 2fast though. surely there's a more effective arm for him.

I wanted to try out other characters, but I was only barely even able to do that. I kept wondering how I could improve with Minmin and thus always switched back to her near instantly. And then stuck with her.

Ended up playing Ribbon Girl almost always. The extra mobility is just too good.
I won pretty much all matches outside of a Minmin today who almost perfected me. None of my attacks were hitting so I wasn't sure if he was just that good, or there was some slight lag there.

I didnt really want to experiment with motion controls longer than I did, just because I would rather be playing and winning then figuring it out. It's always been this way mate. If the game has cool or cute characters, artists draw them. Not all the art drawn is explicit and is usually welcome in threads, outside of ARMS. The fagposters here are getting annoying, but they'll gravitate towards the general like any obnoxious poster will. This isn't anything new and this isn't something that'll change for a while.

Like sure, ok, the ass is phenomenal. Props to Nintendoh for not censoring/deflating it like they normally would.
But I chose her because Helix, my original choice, was too complex for my teeny tiny brain, and I really like the feel of her as a fighter. I really like the Parasol, as it's quick, but with a large size.

What characters do you guys think needs a nerf? What characters need a buff? Right now it feels pretty balanced, but I am getting sick of 8,000 Ninjara's teleporting and then grabbing as if it's the only move they got. It just seems like a cheap and easy to land combo

I would have learned more if I was able to play it. I was working the first week, then my younger brother took the Switch with him for the weekend so I couldn't play it.

Example of insta-counter here. Any character can do it (except Ninjara) by pressing dash after blocking a hit. I think it mostly reduces your block stun, and lets you close distance to opponent. Mummy would probably use it the most. Ninjara's ability prevents him from doing it.

I just wish I could've practiced during the Testpunch.

Usually with every new game, I need to get a handle on things. The tutorial was fucking trash. "This button does this. Press it now. Ok. This button does this. Press it. Cool. Repeat) And I missed the first Testpunch, so I obviously got my ass walloped. Didn't stand a chance and it was almost unenjoyable.
