I started off with a few kinds of content, ranging from one Let's Play to general Voice Acting stuff and reviews. In the end, the gaming stuff where I'd share my first impressions with games and such didn't really take off like the others, but they had higher production value than everything else.

In the end I sort of stopped bothering with the gaming content, though I'm now in month 6 with almost 250 subs.

Long story short, there's enough gaming content out there, Let's Plays only really were things I'd like to do if there's a lot of voice-worthy dialogue because I do think people should just play games themselves. The thing I bring to the table is my voice work stuff.

From my experience it's really hard to pull of anything good in it, i had to try real hard to make it not look like your stereotypical newbie video thingy. It's also dependant on country, if youre living in South America, dont expect youre going to make anywhere near as much as someone in USA/England/Europe
