The last game I finished was Metal Gear Solid V. Actually played the entire series from the start.
The last and only game I have ever truly 100%'d was Oblivion. Took me over 2000 hours though.

Just finished Doom 4 last night. Way too short and way too fucking easy on hard mode, while very hard is bullshit hard. It's a good game but they obviously spent too much time on a near useless upgrade system, unless you're playing on the highest difficulty in which case you need to min/max your shit. I had a lot of fun and multiplayer seems neat despite the season pass but it's not a $60 game. I recommend it for $30 at most.

That's a good point. I got the platinum trophy for Dark Souls 3. That was pretty fun. Before that, it was MGS5 when it was still recent. That one left me a little empty inside. I'm still waiting for Ch.3, Kojima...

Just did a 100% run 6 hours ago on Dolphin

Working on Persona 5's platinum trophy right now. NG+ is fun in terms of just plowing through bosses that I previously had trouble with.

I probably could've finished by now, but the urge to see certain important plot scenes, from the perspective of knowing what will transpire, is slowing me down. I don't regret it, however.

Same I couldn't get past the art style. I suppose it would be different if I were playing it on a PSP for or something but it felt like so much of a downgrade from 4 gameplay wise.
Somebody bought me V for Christmas one year and I played a little bit but couldn't understand what the fuck was going on. Dropped it for like a year then started playing again and fell in love with the game. Then I decided to order The Legacy Collection and played it starting at MG1. After I completed I was about half way through V so I restarted it and it was a much more enjoyable experience. The whole series is 9/10 in my opinion, very few flaws. MGS2 made me go "what the fuck" though

Beat Suikoden 1 with 108 stars last week. It's a fantastic game, and I really loved getting everyone to join my party. Each one felt like a little sidequest that was also relevant to the main story, it was great. The only problem is that it also stressed me out making sure I didn't miss anyone. The fact that there's several people you can permanently miss drove me crazy, and I was incredibly paranoid about missing them.
I want to play Suikoden 2, but the thought of having all that stress again, but over 40 hours instead of 20, is too much right now. Gonna take a break and play Super Mario RPG or something.
