Game got more and more popular as time went on
was shit at launch and got kinda better but its still pretty broken and hopefully Health fixes problems that were there day 1

Considering the first part of it is LITERALLY NOTHING, kinda yeah.

It's a shame Ubisoft didn't put more effort into fixing long standing issues that have been in the game since FUCKING BETA.
