Never been to a big convention, just small local ones. Dan Green and Eric Stuart showed up at a convention I went to earlier this year which was pretty dope. I imagine it was because of the new Yugioh movie being released, but they never talked about it at their panel -- actually they talked about Viva Pinata more than Yugioh.

Can't really say for kids across the world, but Britbong kids don't play Yugioh I can tell you that much. There's a shop a bus away that sells the cards and hosts tournaments every weekend that's populated by adults though.
