At this point for the game, the anime characters are legacy characters and holdovers from the first game. If they didn't put them in, the main fanbase would have had a fit.

I'm not vouching for them and I agree with you, but it's just how things work. At least the game itself is built so well that I don't need to focus on that.

That's not the issue here, as it comes back to copyright laws and bullcrap that's honestly out of Nintendo's control. See, AM2R.

That said, like AM2R, anything Nintendo does is too little too late at this point, since it's already out into the aether and it's been in development for 10 years now. If they wanted to kill it, they could have done so during its development. Just like AM2R.

They worked on the game for 10 years.

You can't get everything when the devs work for free and they try to make everything as high quality as possible.

I remember playing this game a shit ton. Glad they kept the anime characters, Goku was my day one choice for this game.
