For an Unreal Engine 3 game, graphically it looks really good, especially the school part. Although the gameplay is just a running simulator, the game would be better if it focused on exploration, puzzles and seeing weird stuff happen Silent Hill style.

i think it's awful
wasn't scary
antagonists weren't memorable
story was uninteresting
gameplay was annoying/level designs for the chase sequences was awful, and led to quite a bit of trial and error shit

It was alright but the first one is better story-wise
