More or less. A big cat would be it's biggest challange, but bears have claws as well as fangs also, and are significantly larger. A polar or grizzly bear fucks basically anything up and is also fast as hell considering the size. 900-1200 lbs of tooth and claw barreling at you at 40km/h is no joke.
