Speaking of anime games, has anyone played the new Utawarerumono that was just released in English on Vita/PS4? It honestly has a lot less gameplay than I was expecting so far, but so did the first game, at least in the PC version. Does it get more gameplay-oriented after reaching the capital city? It's also a little disappointing that the story and characters seem a lot more cliched than what was in the first game.

I'm not sure anon, it might be Yuzusoft's thing to just have plot points be settled so easily but Noble Works definitely had too many. Amairo had good routes while Senren Banka failed to deliver in most regards. Dracu Riot was okay and Sanoba Witch probably had the best route Yuzusoft made.

Oops, I forgot Tenshin Ranman. I've never read Bra-Ban or Natsuzora. And I'm just biased for Noble Works because it was the first Yuzusoft VN I've read. I'd put Tenshin Ranman somewhere between Dracuriot and Senren.

Amairo was just boring overall, Senren Banka I actually looked forward to because I was disappointed by Amairo and how it looked like Tenshin Ranman. I think Murasame's route was okay (breaking her hymen twice was the best) while Rena's was the best which was surprising since she's almost like the most non-relevant heroine in the plot during the common route.

Should be about time Yuzusoft announced a new game. I'd say they're not really good in the plots but they do make good moege. I don't read their titles for the plot anyway.

Murasame was my favorite girl even if Rena somehow had the most plot relevant route for some reason. I enjoyed Amairo mostly for Shirley and that was enough.
