Depends when you fight her.
Fight her after finishing the other areas like they sort of intended and she's no problem.
Try and fight her early or fuckmylife at SL1 and she's a fucking nightmare with a great bootay.
Good boss, really rewards knowing her moveset by heart.

She's not really bullshit at all, the thing that trips people up the most is her moveset being telegraphed in a more circular and flowing kind of way that's hard to get used to, along with the deceptive amount of range she has.

i'm playing through the series for the first time at i'm at the final area of 2 minus the dlcs and i havent enjoyed 2 at all so i'm considering just skipping to 3. is there any thing in the 2 dlcs worth slogging through the rest of this game for

She only hits hard but is extremely easy to dodge, she's one of the most telegraphed bosses in the game.

Wasn't too hard, but what is bullshit is battling her immediately after Aldrich. I lost so many souls because someone thought it was a good idea to have back to back boss fights.

The DLC's in 2 are the best part of the game. It has the best bosses by far and generally makes better use of it's level layout (with some extremely notable exceptions).

Dark Souls 2 dlc isn't just better than the main game. It's better than Dark Souls 1 and is roughly on the same level as Artorias of the Abyss. Definetely worth going through the game just to play the dlc.
