PCbros of /v/.
Which was the better game?
>>378882239
bloodborne
Having played neither, for me it's Lain
>>378882239
>Zelda playable on PC
>Bloodborne still NEVER EVER tier
Gee, I wonder which one they'll choose.
Anyway, pic related. Completedl Zelda on Cemu and Bloodborne on PS4.
Bloodborne >>>>> powergap >>>>> Zelda
It really wasn't even close for me personally. Zelda is a one and done deal. Shit, it's barely even a one and done deal. It's a "one and once you get good equipment/lots of hearts you stop playing because it's easy as shit".
Meanwhile i'm on my 7th playthrough of BB.
>>378882239
The one which didn't sell like absolute shit on it's respective console.
>Zelda looks like a generic open world checklist simulator
>Bloodborne is just Dark Souls with more tentacles and top hats
Having played neither, I'd rather BB, there's enough open world dogshit on PC already.
>>378882239
Bloodborne
I honestly don't see the appeal of botw
>>378882239
Bloodborne
BotW destroyed the Zelda series with shallow empty open world meme bullshit (inb4 zelda 1 arguments)
>>378882413
So Uncharted 4 > powergap > Bloodborne > Horizon Zero Dawn > Zelda?
>>378882374
>Meanwhile i'm on my 7th playthrough of BB.
I'm sure your parents are glad you finally found an outlet for your crippling autism.

Played zelda on PC. Had around 10 hours of legit fun. Got bored as fuck once I realized the enemies were reskins, the bosses sucked dick, the dungeons were easy as fuck, the shrines were 99% trash and the side quests were 90% Fetch questsfishfu is best girl tho
>>378882239
I didn't play either of them since I'm a PCbro, but if I was able to play one or the other, I'd go with Zelda, since I've played enough Dark Souls to not be too interested in Bloodborne.
But for systems I'd rather have a PS4 than a Switch.
>>378882569
But BotW outsold both BB and HZD, so your chart is wrong even if you were just going by sales.
>>378882806
Bloodborne - 2.7m (likely much more but it's the last data available)
Horizon 2.7m
Zelda - 2.4m
>>378882686
10 hours is like nothing, barely enough for 1 divine beast from the beginning.
Contratians will say BB because Zelda just released, but in terms of content and replayability, Zelda wins.
>>378883295
Nice reading comprehension NinTenYearOld
As a mustard that hasn't actually played either, I can still very safely tell that Bloodborne is a million times better.
Fuck Open World garbage.
>>378882950
>2.7m
lol
>>378883630
To be honest it's ambigious over whether he's saying he only played 10 hours, or 10 hours proportionally that he enjoyed.
>>378882239
BotW
>>378883417
>replayability
>Zelda
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
>>378884219
I find Majora's Mask to be immensely replayable, but that's probably just me.
Breath of the Wild is a great game, but I don't see myself EVER replaying it.
>>378884219
You can do things in basically any order, in many cases with different resolutions and dialogue; almost every puzzle has multiple solutions; and you can even bum rush to the final boss immediately if you feel like it. It's highly replayable.
>>378884440
That's the point.
Breath of the Wild isn't playable at all. Literally the only enjoyable thing is the sense of discovery.
The fuck is the replayability in it? You know all the puzzles. You know all the gimmick bosses weaknesses/shrines. You know where all the good shit is.
Bloodborne is objectively better from a replayable standpoint on the build variety/PVP factors alone
I loved both completely, but I'd say Bloodborne even though I'm a switch owner and don't own a PS4
>>378884473
>It's highly replayable.
Only to Nintenbros.
Bloodborne is more replayable and it's the better game.
I could barely finish my first playthrough, the game gets boring way to quickly.
Ape Escape 4
>>378882239
Bloodborne for the simple reason that it doesn't have weapons that break in five seconds.
>>378884610
I disagree, also how is bloodborne more replayable?
>tfw can play both because I do not restrict myself to a single platform
>>378884874
Build variety, PVP, chalice dungeons.
It objectively is on those merits alone
>>378884004
I read it as he played for 10 hours only and enjoyed that time, but then had realizations that killed the fun for him.
But I see from his response that that is not what he was saying
>>378884524
>Bloodborne
>Pvp
I will agree that Bloodborne is more replayable, and that the game is also better, but the pvp is dogshit compared to any other Souls game except Demon's Souls.
If you want Souls PVP, play any other game.
>>378882649
t. butthurt nintenbro

PVP is fun as fuck once you get a game, stop shitposting.
>>378885379
>stop shitposting
You've been sucking BB's dick this whole thread, and I've even agreed with you on most of the points.
Except this one.
Because it's wrong.
>>378882239
<
I made a joke once that Bethesda would make a Zelda game and Nintendo would charge you for the dungeons "dlc" style. I didn't imagine it would be so shit with Just Nintendo at the helm. Take link and Zelda out and this can barely be recognized as a Zelda game.
>>378884524
By the time you complete BotW you won't remember the earlier puzzles you did. Also, see >>378884473
BB of course, it's the only one of the two to actually be GOTY material.
>Sonybros falseflagging as pcbros spam thread about how Bloodborne is better and Zelda is complete trash
>>378885909
This.
Need people with pics of them emulating/playing the games as otherwise this thread is a complete waste of time.
>>378882239
>>378882307
Bloodborne is absolutely fucking horrible trash only hyped by braindead NeoFAGs.
Repetitive gameplay, you can't even climb a FANCE which you can even do in The Surge, glitches everywhere, shitty hitboxes, no music, always dark, no puzzles, no clever platforming, just nothing fun. It's just another Souls but with 20 FPS.
So... I'd probably pick the Zelda game.
>>378882239
Zelda is the best open world game ever made. Bloodborne is a piece of shit.
Next question.
>>378885752
>because it's wrong
My opinion > your opinion
>>378885802
Not everyone has nigger tier memory you spastic
>DUDE, YOU CAN DO SHIT IN DIFFERENT ORDERS
Same with Bloodborne.
Face it, Zelda has literally no replayability.
>>378886370
>DUDE, YOU CAN DO SHIT IN DIFFERENT ORDERS
That's a gross oversimplification of what I said.

Why is there so much anti-Zelda false flagging retardation today? Did the Sony marketing department find some more change in the couch cushions?
>>378887484
Nintendo drones loyal as always.
>>378887261
Meant to say new "picture" obviously.
I've been asked to "prove that i've played Zelda" numerous times by you delusional kiddies.
The game is a solid 7/10 at best. Just look at the zelda general, it's already dead as fuck compared to the Bloodborne general. Why? Because there's jack shit to talk about.
The game is fun for literally 15~ hours. The initial fun of discovering shit with minimal hearts and planning encounters, once you realize how to make the best foods (Durian fruit for yellow hearts) and start getting royal weapons, you may as well stop playing.
Side quests, puzzles and shrines are all shit.
>>378887484
I'm an Xbro so I can't play either of these games.
Ocarina of Time is my favorite game ever. And I would choose Bloodborne over BotW every single time. BotW looks like absolute dogshit and is not a true Zelda game.
>>378887484
BBfags are always like this, no matter the game.
Bloodborne
Loved Zelda, easy GOTY so far but that's because I don't care for weebshit (Yakuza/Nier/Persona) and Horizon sucked dick.
Bloodborne was legit GOAT material for me. It did everything right
>Difficulty
>Level design
>Atmosphere
>Replayability
>Gameplay>lore
All 10/10s for me
Honestly, they both seem kinda mediocre and like they'd be forgettable if it wasn't for their exclusivity and fan base.

Another PCbro here, played Zelda, played Bloodborne
Bloodborne is 10x better. BoTW was still pretty good though
>>378888230
>Wii U was completely humiliated by the PS4
>Sony took the console market from Nintendo overnight with the PS1
>3rd parties almost never go to Nintendo systems forcing them to have to use their Nintendo console as an accessory to a good PC (which most of those kiddies can't afford even if they pretend to own one)
>Lose all their games to PC anyway due to emulation
Nintenfriends have a hard life
>>378888328
Stay assblasted brand slave. I've owned nearly every Zelda game with the exception being some of the handheld titles like Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass. BotW looks like dogshit. Like a boring open world slog. It caters to the absolute lowest common denominator of "gamers" who want Skyrim with a Zelda skin, thus alienating real Zelda fans who know what makes a real Zelda game. Bloodborne is the better game, sorry dronecuckold.
idort, BotW for me. As good as BB was, it felt like more of the same with souls games. Great bosses and level design but overall didn't really have impact since it was so similar to the previous souls games. BotW was different from what I was expecting and a joy to dick around in. Dungeons were lacking but the dungeons we got were great. If BB or BotW had come out at a different time maybe I'd feel different but the BotW experience definitely felt more memorable.
>>378888472
I almost pity them.

MOOOOOOOOOODS
>>378888056
Ah yes that's why they're both lauded by critics
>>378887690
>Meant to say new "picture" obviously.
Sure, I believe you anon.
>Why? Because there's jack shit to talk about.
I'd say that's probably because there's no online for BotW and it's already been discussed to death, especially on /v/. I can't say I ever lurk /vg/ myself though so for all I know you could be spouting bullshit
>>378882239
They're both crap. Bomberman and Yakuza are better exclusives.

>>378886694

>I'd say that's probably because there's no online for BotW and it's already been discussed to death, especially on /v/. I can't say I ever lurk /vg/ myself though so for all I know you could be spouting bullshit
Discussed to death? It's a 3 month old game.
Are you implying Bloodborne hasn't been discussed to death? It's been one of the most talked about games since 2015 on /v/ and /vg/. They literally had to make an entirely new general for the game because /dsg/ was getting flooded with Bloodborne posts
Go check out /vg/ for yourself if you don't believe me.
>>378882239
Bloodborne is the purest 10/10 game that I've ever played in every aspect except performance.
I haven't gotten to BotW, yet. Tried on Cemu but only hit 20 FPS so stopped quickly. I like the idea that what you see is reachable and it's probably unique and only rivaled by randomly generated games like Minecraft in that sense. I don't know if it'd beat a masterclass in story told through video games or a combat so varied and full of depth, though. Even the exploration is great in Bloodborne.
I don't think they're for the same person.
>>378888950
>>378889023
>Exact same character
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
>>378882239
Bloodborne, but its framerate is ass so it's garbage. But there's a good game in there somewhere.
>>378889038
>Discussed to death? It's a 3 month old game.
That had non-stop threads for 2 months straight discussing every last detail and discovery possible. Nonetheless, discussion is a poor way to measure the quality of a game
>>378889284
>Nonetheless, discussion is a poor way to measure the quality of a game
There's very few ways to measure objective quality, hence why we're having these subjective conversations.
I just feel Bloodborne was better, I assume you feel Zelda was better.
To each their own
>>378889139
I know you're being ironic but now that you mention it there is also the exact same gear equipped in both images. You're not even hiding your samefagging here and it's just embarassing.
>>378889501
Well that was an unexpectedly reasonable response for /v/, I guess we can agree to disagree then
>>378882239
Bloodborne.
Zelda is an honest 7/10 though.
>>378889706
Fair play
>>378888616
BotW is a more faithful Zelda game than most of the series (especially the other 3D games), it takes it back to its roots of the original LoZ
Bloodborne.
BotW is a weak game.
