It is most prominent on scopes, but your aiming is slightly off depending on which cardinal direction you are facing. So if you are shooting directly West, your bullets are going to hit right of where the center of your scope is, East, they are going to hit left. Aiming up or down slightly compounds this effect at a diagonal. Most people write it off as gun inaccuracy. You basically have to fire a shot first, then adjust. The incompetent devs denied it was a bug for a long time, then last I heard they had just about nailed down the source of it... but I never heard if they actually fixed it.

No idea, I never noticed this issue, but I usually play medic and the only time I'm really firing my rifle is in close quarters when I have to. In the times I recall shooting long distance I never had the issue though
