[Distant Mooing]
Objectively the best map
>>378868550
Objectively the worst map because no one goes for fucking objectives and it just becomes a sniper fuckfest.
>>378868628
>playing objective on 2Fort
why?

What? I've never heard mooing on 2fort.
>>378871064
wait anon, you forgot your gibus
>>378867596
>*joins server*
>*scout or heavy scream*
>>378868550
if you were 8 in 2007
>that server you always came back to until it died off
what was it, anon? I played Tf2 especially because of how you could make money with it, but i always came back to the Snack shack
>>378871141
Is the mooing veteran exclusive?
>>378871360
no but it requires you to play on 2fort for at least 20 seconds, wanker
>Choose Engineer
>Sit in the courtyard or intel room for the entire game
I chose this path
>>378871160
>join server
>sniper scream
>try and find a server with the Egypt 2fort map
>Can't
>>378871442
And after how many hours of play time does this 20 second period take place? Because I'm still to hear it after playing for years.
>>378871550
>*join server*
>enemy already wins
>>378871761
>that was the point of the gibus joke
>>378871798
>joins server
>instantly greeted by 15 12-year-olds simultaneously calling you a nigger
>>378867596
feel a bit sad when there's an echo because there aren't many people on the server...
cp: penalty sensitive
>>378871798
>*join server*
>map changing
>Beep beep beep
>Wrrrrr
>Beep beep beep
>scout_criticaldeath.mp3
>Clang clang clang
>play pyro
>patrol the base and ambush by jumping down the hole in the second floor
>protect engineer buildings
>never lose intel
>>378871918
>join server
>someone is hacking
>cant say in chat cause hes spamming with 40 lines of blank space
>>378871279I played GTFOnline daily years ago.
Had every fanmap, fanmodel and gametype (fan and vanilla) possible at the time, used MarioKart2 b3 as the home-map, had chill admins I was friends with, and even text-based minigames (pong, tetris, snake and iirc tictactoe) for dead players during VSH or whatever. It was a blast.
When the admins announced they couldn't pay for the server anymore, we went all-out with the cheats the last week, spawning HL2 enemies, infinite ammo and anti-gravity like crazy before our group "goodbye" video. Never had a server as great since then, but many still remain playable and unique.
>>378871279
I dont remember the name of it, but it was a dm_duel_v2 24/7 server.
Sadly literally no servers play dm_duel_v2 anymore which makes me pretty upset since that is the only version of the map that I like.
>>378871995
>join server
>almost noone is there
Thanks casual matchmaking
>>378871926
>playing Counter-Strike back in the days it was still considered a mod
>see a interesting map
>join in
>takes 30 minutes to download the map because of shitty internet
>finally get in
>Change of map
>De_Dust
>>378871928
>CLANG CLANG
>clink clink clink
>Well don't that beat all!
>beep beep beep
>>378872374
>clang clang clang
>clang clan- DING
>spy_criticaldeath.mp3
>>378872374
>ahem
>Everyone back to the base, pardner!
>Halfway through round
>sniper on our team starts hacking
>He's constantly spinning around looking up all the time while headshotting everyone
>Its so fast you don't even see him aim people just die while he spins around
>We still kick him
Probably the funniest thing I've ever saw in this game
>>378872735
>dead engineer
>sapped sentry
>everyone ignores it and goes back to base
>>378868628
>people have fun
>this is bad
You must work for Valve
>>378871995
I met one of these guys for the first time today in casual. He had some "Nullcore" aimbot-type cheat I never heard of that did exactly what you describe, preventing anyone from communicating.
>mfw he still lost
I also met another hacker that somehow was able to get crits on nearly every shot, not sure how he did that
>>378867596
Daily reminder that as shit as 2fort is it was unimaginably worse on release. There was one fucking medkit per side, and it was in the fucking sewers.
>>378873396
yeah valves Anti-cheat just isnt working as well as they hope.
What drives people to hack in tf2 again?
for the sick l0lz as they get kicked and join a server??
deet deet
>>378873778
Well the second guy I mentioned behaved in a way that made it obvious he was doing it to cause rage
>me and some other weeb point out he's critting on almost every shot
>"lmao get good retard noobs"
>call him out on his cheating
>"keep crying faggot" and so on
Later he switched to sniper and the name on the sniper rifle was something like "LMFAO stay MAD n00bs"
So they're about the average /v/ user
The worst thing about this kind of shit is that you can't votekick people from the enemy team in Casual, and the enemy team either doesn't notice they have a hacker or they don't kick him to win easier.
>>378874068
>Use the Mario hat
>Get in the kart
>Micspam Mario Kart music as you drive around the map
Have to make my own fun since Valve is taking an eternity on the update
>>378874148
>the enemy team either doesn't notice they have a hacker or they don't kick him to win easier.
thats the worst part, they steam roll everyone with the hacker and the minute hes gone, they get clusterfucked
>>378874068
Wow, those names aregood, I like them
>>378868628
>not rocket jumping and raping snipers
>not going back burner pyro when there are no sentries
>not using demoman
