The games that run better on PC aren't optimized to nearly the same level as the first party games are, on PS4.

I have seen those videos and it doesn't perform better. In most cases it performs the same or it performs "better" in the sense that it has unlocked framerate and he isn't showing off any stress points.
Not only that but the games he pick are games from very early in the console gen so it makes sense why the developers were doing more straight forward approaches to engine designs etc.
750ti is not even better than PS4 on paper. If you play properly optimized games like Doom or any first party game (which you can't i know) then you can see how this isn't true.

Master Chief is back as the main character and 343 are sticking with that for all future mainline FPS Halo games and split screen is returning and staying for all FPS Halo games.
