Should I finish Panzer Dragoon Saga? The novelty of the gameplay has worn off now that I'm 3 disks in and I'm sick of random battles. Is there anything I should be looking forward to in the game?

Going through a 2nd playthrough in Xenoblade (not ng+). Got a modded iso that extends draw distance for things like buildings and trees plus the HD texture pack. 33 hours in, level 54, and just got to Mechonis Field
