the potency on shields is nowhere near strong enough to warrant that, coupled with the fact that Eos is still hilariously overpowered, chain stratagem is basically an improved battle litany, and your lb would suffer greatly for it

If you were to bring an AST that just healed/spammed aspected benefic, it's just wasted GCDs, and thus wasted DPS, because Eos can still cover all of that extra healing while the sch gets all of that free GCD and damage since it doesn't cost them any GCD to use Eos at all

that, coupled with all of the fancy new tools sch got and their impeccable raid utility and astro's now even more garbage single target DPS ensures they're in the meta for the next two years

There are a great deal of people on YouTube that do nothing but make videos for a living. I personally know people with only 100k subs that do it.

If you're a twitch partner and you have like 300+ loyal subs that keep subbing every month then you can make a living off it. To give you a comparison, Mr. Happy has around 1300 active subs.

I'm a leader of a very active FC with ~44 members..

It takes a lot of work, you know, making and keeping a FC up to this standard or level. I was pretty much the only and one first member, and I'd just go out to recruit people myself (probably 80% of the recruiting is mine) and see what they're like. People came and went, good ones, but I never felt demotivated not to keep pushing. Within a few months we managed to get more members.

I'll tell you a few pointers that are important for the FC: Keep a clear goal, be an ACTIVE leader, follow your rules and make sure everyone else does, know your members, and make the "core" which the FC is built upon.

Now, the last two are very important. As a FC leader I believe it's my job to 'interview' every person who joins us. It's not a big questionnaire, it's just a friendly chat to get to know them and introduce them to what the FC is about.

As per the 'core', that's the group of people who are there every day and putting the effort. Those might as well become your Officers one day, but they're the ones you want to build your FC around. This is important because if you recruit good people, your FC will have a good atmosphere.

I've cleared myself content up to A12S, including most primals EX. I taught that to my FC as well. People who barely even had i250 gear, now have 270-275. Now they teach other members the fight as well. This was before Echo.

I'm a rather strict and picky person. A long time ago, I was in one of the largest FC's of my server. For 2 weeks, I never once talked to the leader. I thought it was pathetic. I felt overwhelmed by the sheer number of people. It's not about size, because it's big that you can't have quality. That's wrong - I have been proving it. It's about poor management. And when I have members coming to me and telling me "I would've quit this game months ago if it wasn't for this FC." I know I've been doing a heck of a lot better job.

FFXIV's lore and world is all unique from FFXI, with FF staples here and there that FFXI had.
