The Sony Japan Studio guys who produced BB have been hinting at some new project the past few months, plus From have said one of their two unannoucned new games "is in line with the expectations our fans have of us", so it might well exist. I wouldn't really put a great deal of faith in what the Ori dev says, though it's not entirely far-fetched that someone working in the industry's heard something about what's happening at another camp. Remember that Sea of Thieves was talked about on NeoFAG a good 18 months before its official reveal by some people who totally aren't just Sony astroturfers.

If BB2 does happen I hope they outsource the character creator to a studio that isn't shit at it. Bloodborne may legitimately have one of the worst character creators ever. I cannot think of another game where your character looks entirely different in the actual game than in the creator because of the vast difference in lightning. Your character can look 10/10 in the creator and look like dogshit in game.
