So I listen to my friend who says they fixed d3 with RoS and bought it. Game is still a piece of shit and they havent changed anything other than streamlining the grind. If you mean reaper of souls, yes it is a full expansion with a new class and a full act, and yes there are a lot of people playing it in season and high level (it takes like 1 day to get max lvl if you know what you're doign) so you wont find a lot of ppl to play with at low level
