If its good, I will get it and play it. I am completely open to getting a new good Mario RPG game. But if its just bad, terrible, unfunny, and has terrible gameplay, then I won't be interested and call it a pass.

It's a catch 22. If it's Nintendo developed, it'd be worth picking up at budget price, but 1st party Nintendo games never/take forever to go budget price. If it's Ubi developed, it'll hit budget price pretty quick, but it'll be too shit to bother playing in the first place.
