ITT: We post platforms that have no subscription for online services
Just wait until they get rid of net neutrality
Blacked is an online service. Exclusive to pc too. Master race wins again
Have fun not owning actual copies your games.
>there are people whomst unironically pay for PS+
i love my ps4 and play tons of games, all the good exclusives are single player. most of the time multiplier feels like a unnecessary addition, like in bloodborne, yakuza 0's online minigames, or nioh
Internet is free?

dude...
>>378822791
Yeah it would suck if in 10 years I'd have to pirate the games again because I had a sudden burst of nostalgia.
Oh wait I won't give a fuck.
>mfw Xbros actually paid money to play Dark Souls online
lmao

You only "own" your games so long as you have a specific hardware. Hardware that leaves production shortly after a successor is announced, and has very limited lifespan.

I made a lot of friends on PS3 so moving to the PS4 was a no brainer. I also had PS+ for the PS3 and vita before the PS4 launched.
If you don't like MP games that's fine and sit out on plus that's fine but plenty of enjoy console MP games so don't act like it's unfathomable.

Allegedly, I won't own the game anyways. Why pay for something that's not mine afterwards?

As long as you take care of your shit, that's a non-issue. The bigger issue with not physically owning your games is that the power is completely in the hands of the distributor. If some cunt takes over at Valve or Gabe gets greedy, they can come up with reasons that allow them restrict access to games you've already purchased. With physical games, regardless of whether or not you're technically buying a license, that's a hell of a lot harder to do from a practical standpoint.

RROD and YLOD disagree.
Also, I'm in the EU, consumers have some rights here.

Purchasing another piece of hardware second-hand or repairing one you already own is a minor expense compared to the library of physical games that you've built. It basically amounts to routine maintenance that you occasionally have to perform on your library, and is something PC games are subject to as well.
