My conclusion from my shitty math is that you could theoretically run a WHM without losing out on much, because they'll bring a bit of extra damage, unless Thin Air, Assize on 60s, and Lucid Dream isn't enough to keep their mana up, which is most likely the case. They also need to dot more than a SCH and Stone IV is more expensive than Broil II so WHM will more than likely run dry.

What this tells me is that in a WHM v SCH pick for second healer, theres no good reason to not pick SCH

Lord of Verminion was dead on arrival. Meanwhile all of the stuff added in ARR are still relevant and used with maybe the sightseeing log being the exception. This is in addition to having an extra dungeon per patch over HW in addition to several trials.
