The Talos Principle was my personal last year's GOTY, just because I didn't play it earlier. Comfy, pretty and thought provoking "puzzler" from the Croteam of all people.

I just recently put 200 hours and a queue of 3 playthroughs to the Final Fantasy Type 0. Amazing action-JRPG hybrid with tons of content.

Besides those... I sure hope you're an idort. Zelda BotW has been amazing for the past 30 hours I've played it now.

There's HD ports on PC and PS4.
Plus the OG game is a mere PSP game, so fairly easily emulated with PPSSPP. You need to use a fan-translation with it though, unless you're fluent with Japanese.

No, you're just playing wrong games, and also clearly limiting yourself to one genre as well.

Solution: Go oldschool for a while. Try something outside your comfort zone. Maybe taste some old classic everyone raves about to see what the fuzz's about. Pic related would provide a few great picks.

Mount the ISOs of 2 & 3, and then run their installers like always.
The SH1 is a PS1 rip that you gotta emulate.
The "sh2proxy" is a all-in-one fix, that works as a no-cd crack as well. It is included in the pack.
If you use the NEW fix mentioned in the guide, you can use the sh2proxy's EXE as the no-cd crack!

In case you experience issues saving the game / not being able to edit the disp.ini, make sure the files aren't set to "Read Only", and run the game as Administrator.
If SH2 gets stuck in a black screen upon launch, close it and re-start it again.

SH2-4 do not support Xinput gamepads. Either use Xpadder, a DirectInput pad, or just play with KB+M.
You can now see some decent emulator settings for SH1 as well in the guide. If the image of the game does NOT fill your entire screen in fullscreen mode, check your plugin AND GPU control panel's image scaling settings!
Also give the new PGXP emulator a shot for a lot less wobbly PS1 graphics.

I had similar thoughts but I recently had a blast with Rune Factory 4 and BOTW. Change up your genres and pacing.

R6:Siege is terrific.
Rising Storm 2 just dropped and it's ok, not as good as RO2/RS. KF2 is also a lot of fun, but i feel it has less staying power than the first one.
