I never found a reason to kill any of the Little Sisters, but I think the Neutral Ending is still the most interesting conclusion.

I like that idea that Subject Delta did terrible things, but was self-aware enough to know that even if he was doing it in the name of protecting Eleanor, that he didn't deserve to be saved in the end, and that she should move forward without him.
