Low Blow's current incarnation is trash. It might as well have just not had the stun effect because it didn't do anything where it really mattered: in raids.
The gutting of Reprisal is a legitimate complaint. 60 second CD for 5% damage reduction for 5 seconds is awful.
The removal of Scourge is something everyone should've seen coming because it's a stand-alone DoT. I fucking hate that it's being removed because it's one of my favourite weaponskill animations in the game, but it is what it is.

If you want to be a tank, both Gladiator/Paladin or Marauder/Warrior is fine.

You can change role at any time after you hit 15. There are suboptimal roles but more often than not, those roles share gear with others in the same role, so you'll never technically locked of anything. Despite all the class related shitposting in these threads, it's extremely rare than standard duty finder/party finder excludes any role since all of them are viable. If you plan to raid with a static, results may vary if you want to stick to one role over others.

Lord card is double RNG, first you need to draw a card you have no use for, then you have to actually get Lord from it by reducing it to Minor Arcana. I don't think most count it in as a dps boost because of that and as such at best it partially evens out the large cut to single target DPS AST gets with the loss of Aero, Combust and only gaining 10 potency on Malefic III (and Malefic II gets nerfed by 20 for some reason).

SCH DPS hasn't changed much, besides halving the uptime of Shadow Flare. Broil II has *nearly* the same potency as Bio, so SCH wouldn't have even cast it to begin with in 4.0. All this plus Energy Drain now procs more Energy Drains, and Battle Litany.
