Not OP, but it's actually my favourite super/anti-hero game. It gets repetetive at times, but it's pretty fun to fly through Seattle and fuck up some D.U.P.s and graffix are bretty nice aswell.

Pretty underrated.

Yeah.
Many people complained about the strict time limit in vanilla, and Plus is much more lax about it. However, that limit was what I liked about Rorona and what made me fall in love with the series.
