Resolution aside, it really depends on how many hours you want to put into it. If your going to put 300+ hours into it expect at least an hour of accumulated load time. Is the Justine + Caroline fight particularly difficult? In my first playthrough, my highest level persona around 75 and I'm somewhat anticipating that I'm gonna have to have better personas by the time I fight them. So I just finished the game last night.
It was mostly a spoiler free run beside the fact that something happened in the Velvet room because of a P5 OP post I saw in the catalog.

I was expecting something pretty cool, like Akechi having the same power and ability as Joker and bursting in the Velvet room and killing Igor (since his VA is dead).
Well, I got pretty disappointed by the actual result but still surprised so it was nice.

I went with the Teacher for the lover road, and Haru is the best girl of the team, followed closely by Futaba.
My opinion on Makoto is pretty "meh".
Ann is Yukari-tier of bland but a looot less bitchy.

I had a LV99 Lucifer equipped and the hit his light weakness. Then they hit the weakness of everyone else on my team despite them all having evade skill. We were just off a fresh Mediarahan with our defenses buffed and they still insta-killed me with their hold-up attack. I think they were both Debilitated too. The next fight I used Yoshistune and Ishtar with Absorb Wind and I had no problem.
