If Phantom Pain is just VR or a hallucination, how come Venom (or BB) know of Operation Intrude N312 and N313 at the end of the game (the operations only happened in 1995)?

There's a time lapse in that ending when the emblem change, also we know that N312 andN313 happened in 1995 but we don't know when those mission where actually planned.

You mean the timeline? The emblems change according to the timeline, so first you see Fox in the 60's, then MSF in the 70's and then DD followed by Outer Heaven in the 80's (because they were created around the same time).

The point is not to say it must be 1995 in the ending, but that the events of TPP are real if Venom (or as Caramel says, BB in a coma) sees the actual name "Operation Intrude N312".

The ruse theory is not that the game had massive cuts around it. The theory is that there is 'more' to the story, ie MGS5 after MGSV.

None of you can actually give proper explanations to these inconsistencies without just going "uh, my theory got BTFO here, but uh, IT'S STILL PART OF THE RUSE MAYBE!"
