Idiot. The're extremely similar on the hardware level, PS4 does not hold the Pro down. PS4 Pro doesn't have 4K/higher stable framerates simply because it's not powerful enough

There is no equivalent. It depends on optimization of specific games. E.g. the pro plays bf1 at 1440p60 with ~medium/high settings which an rx 470 can do at about the same fps. But in other games like the recent Prey, the pro plays at 1080p ~high settings 30 fps but a gtx 1050 can also play at those same settings at 1080p and get a locked 60 fps.

It's apples to oranges. Closed hardware optimization can lead to results which punch above its weight or sometimes bad results which can be out performed by a $100 gpu.

4K Bluray, plays Xbox 360 games (likely to increase with more power), X1 games cross-purchase with PC, likely to have something along the lines of GTX 970 with 12GB of RAM. PS4 is in all senses of the any terms used better than 750ti from tech specs alone. You would never be able to run something like Uncharted 4 or Horizon Zero dawn on a 750ti.

Also consider that the console first party devs are able to get much more out of the hardware than 3rd parties.
There are no game devs that solely focus 1 GPU when making their game and that is the reason why PC will never have optimization on the same level as consoles.

Big companies like Micro$ gets all kinds of massive discount in production because they produce millions of units.
