In always honest about why I quit. I actually list all my criticisms in huge detail. The last time I quit they gave me a free month, I was surprised. Didn't use it out of principle though

RNG and grinding is a fucking awful combo. At least in the past when you grinded you knew what you wanted, what you were working for and when you were going to get it.

Everything is behind a sort've paywall, except instead of paying you grind. You have to grind to unlock more RNG grinding. If this wasn't in place then everyone would finish Blizzard's extremely short and shitty content within a week. Blizzard artificially prolong their content.
