ITT: games LITERALLY only you played
I played that game, anon! I thought it was fun, and there's nothing you can do about it!
It was on PS+ once. Played an hour or so of it, didn't get into it really.
I played that game. The combat system was unique and kind of cool, the artstyle was neat, I killed a few gods. I think the last one I killed was the one that was having a party? Hedonus? Something like that.
Didn't finish it, it got old.

I've been trying to find a seeded torrent for ages because I lost my copy years ago. Might end up just buying one on ebay and there is zero digital re-releases anywhere.
>>378743309
I played it (Brandenburg of course to act first).
>>378742861
Still looking for it.
My ownIt will never be released
Rubber & Lead. A very low budget indie game that is basically Car Wars with the serial numbers filed off. I think I got it in an indie bundle.
>>378744874
The name is so fucking generic so I can't find a torrent either.
It was alright
>>378742861
Fuck you I played this game a couple times while coming off of an acid trip with my friends last winter.
Shit was dope.
>>378742861
I made a clone of geometry wars in Winamp AVS that I used to play for hours on end while listening to music instead of working on my English essays
This game was fun as fuck, a shame I could never play it with other people.
fucking great
>>378746082
I played this on a demo disk along with like the first gran turismo 2, papa rappa or whatever and spyro and toy story 2. Now this game ive never seen anyone else mention
>>378748346
>Evolva

>>378743447

Oh shit thanks anon hopefully its not too hard to get running on a modern OS.
I spend months on that game when I was a kid, I loved the idea about modify/customize the squad and change control whenever I wanted. The game looked like shit even in those years but I didnt have so many games, so I play it a lot, never bored me.
>>378742861
This here is a game that was abandonned during developpment, but one of the guys that worked on it got me to play an early build. Aside from other situations like that, playable demos, and the devs themselves, LITERALLY only I played it.
Also, Apotheon's pretty cool.
I wasn't the only one but it was funand fuck you
This is a really fun game. I never see this game discussed here but I guess it's a good thing. I'm glad it wasn't shilled like most other indie games here
It sucked
>>378742861
I've actually seen one thread for Nocturne during all the time I've spent on /v/ and other forums. It usually results in "what, that SMT game?" responses.
Couch multiplayer is all well and good but this needed online
Nothing but fond memories
>>378746020
are you me? I'm not even German
>>378743447
Trip cyclone was dope
Forget the fame and the glamour
Give me D's with a rubber hammer
>>378749260
I saw a review of it looked pretty interesting might pick it up at some point.
Another game that I loved and never get to play it online. This game was the first game I bought in my life, at the age of 7 on wierd a gas station. I couldn't advance too much in the story because I'm form a third world country and didn't knew english at the time. 15 years later, I re-installed the game and managed to finish it.
>>378749324
What did you expect from the weeb menace?
>>378742861
that's the only game I've got all the achievements for on steam.
the hard mods run was more fun because you actually had to learn how to hit over shields and timing attacks instead of just constantly spamming
and it's a shit game too (except for the first level)
>>378749324
I know about that series because one of the games is vaguely related to the Blair Witch Project. I went in expecting a survival horror style game so I was quite disappointed when it turned out to be a more action oriented third person shooter. Never got very far.
>>378742861
Can't remember much about it because I was pretty young at the time. Spent a lot of time playing it with a buddy
>>378749579
Is it good?
Azure dreams for virtual console NOW
>>378742861
I still have to get the achievement for Olympian difficulty
It was a pretty nice game, but I always felt like I couldn't bring the gameplay to its full potential
Artemis' forest and Poseidon's seaside village are the comfiest shit ever
>>378750131
My nigga I still have this game.

>>378750084
God that game sucked. Some nice ideas but about as fun as a prostate exam
anyone else? whenever i ask about it, everyone shrugs and says mavis beacon. i did that too but i had way more fun with this. it was required in third grade actually. i got the top score in the class, but that's when i peaked 2bh.
>>378750609
>>has dedicated /v/ threads where a small group of people suck its dick
Where? I sure as he'll haven't seen themI'd like to participate
The story mode was a fucking visual novel where you could date three girls.
>>378747580

https://boards.fireden.net/v/thread/376999958/
Last one participated in.
>>378750473
Oh you better believe it
>>378750609
The game's enemies and monster-raising aspect is damn creative. Growing up, I really enjoyed Pokémon, and this felt like a more matured version of that. I'm not sure I agree with that now, but it's really a great game. The combat can be demanding and requires well-conceived teams, but the grind isn't bad at all.
The music/sound is unforgettable; I will remember the individual voices and I haven't played in ten years. The game is long as fuck so the characters have a while to get developed.
Fuck, I'm going to boot this bad boy up. It's been too long
>>378746020
Even got a physical copy of this.
Holy fucking shit, it would benefit from some slight streamlining.
Played the shit out of this when I was 10 years old.
>>378750793
i actuallylike it a lot
I just found out that Dino Run is no longer free and they're doing some decade-long no-deliverable crowdfunding campaign. Bummer. I loved that art
>>378752151

>>378747580
Really liked it, though it did have some bugs in early editions.
>>378747580
>literal dexfags
>>378755128
I played this a little bit ran like absolute shit on my PC at the time. Don't remember it having much to do really like I remember in particular there were only 3 of each weapon type in the game.
You it's true
>>378742861
Still on my top 10.
>>378748492

>when those demon things jump out at you from the otherwise completely static backgrounds
Fuck. I was like 8 when i played shivers and phantasmagoria for the first time, and even to this day the only horror movies that creep me out are atmospheric ones with supernatural implications.
>>378742861
Well to be fair it never came out of beta but still.
>>378758952
A shame the game has no multiplayer.
>>378752590

>>378755934
They gave it away for free the other day
Is It good?
There was this cover based shooter i played on the ps2 way back in the day. It was so fucking fun. I remember there were a lot of laser sights and whatnot, and a lot of the fighting would take place inside of warehouses. i could never remember the name. i rented it blockbuster once, and never saw it again.
>>378747580
i got for "free" on gog for buying things on sale.
Blanco!
It's cute
>>378749398

>>378742861

>>378752069
Aha this game, we got it without the booklet with the copyprotection. Wrote a letter to the publisher no reply. So owned it, but never played it.
>>378750445
>a 2 player non-coop shmup
ever heard about Touhou?
I don't remember what it was called, but there was this top-down Diablo style game for the PS Vita which was actually really fucking good.
Shame it came out about 2 weeks before the PS4 released without backwards compatability.
Fantastic game from Japan Studio with a lot of charm to it. You can tell the developers enjoyed working on it
>>378742861
Those background statues are pretty thick
>>378755028
I played it thanks to Shogo having a demo of it
I played that game and quite enjoyed it you ingrate
Eight Legged Freaks the video game.
>>378762630

oh shit nigga I have that game
shit gets really hard
I love the box art
>>378764420
You can't really think you're the only one that played Rise of Nations or the spinoff in your image on /v/.
Those games used to be huge.
it's an old windows game where you determine the least amount of damage you'll take out of your current options. it's hard as balls, every little non-optimized decision you make hurts you over the course of hours and you don't actually know when you're fucking up, you just have to start the whole thing over when you've made enough mistakes that you can't progress any further.
>>378746082
I played through it all when I was a kid. The tinier tanks you could control like a drone always stuck out to me for some reason.
For the record, I know it's not, but it's so seldom talked about I might as well be the only one.
First game i played on a computer. Also there was an island escape game which i can't remember the name.
>>378749217
This game fucking rules, picked up a second copy like three months ago.
I'll never forget that intro
anyone? this game was based
>>378749217
Mate fuck off, I spent a hundred hours playing the demo for that on a Magazine disc
It was fucking garbage, but the kid me had no choice since my parents got it at a rental and I didn't have much other games to play.
>>378764919
always go the door with least number of keys f.am
I wonder if anybody remembers old Busters indie games
