ITT: Games you missed the boat for and now feel depressed for doing so.
Street Fighter IV, the sense of community for that game just seemed so high, it sounded like it would have been fun to join in.

I've had a mac all these years, and i dont think ill ever get to play something quite like it
Classic Blizzard games, and World of Warcraft. I could have grown up with them, but instead I was playing crappy console games and Korean MMOs.

Any big MMO at release

WoW is a hit or miss anon. I played back in vanilla, and the grind was pretty rough. If anything, if it wasn't for the player interactions (which only really occurred in end game raids) it would have been shit
Probably the only one I regret isREAL LIFE

Metal Gear Online

Still better to deal with WoW's "rough grind" while playing with people I knew IRL in high school than to play a soul-sucking Korean pay-2-win actual grindfest that's populated with the lowest scum of society and a bunch of Turkish kids.

It was pretty busted anon. Fun at times, but most of the time it was meh, and it was difficult to find good lobbies

Maplestory was shit anon, I'll give you that. But I'll be damned if you insult Mabinogi (G6 and prior of course). Shame on you anon!

archeage was the shit at release. Unfortunate that it's managed by such a shitty company

SF4's community was only good after the AE 2012 patch, before that most people treated the game as a joke for casuals similar to how we view 5 now
Not that it wasn't a good game before that patch, just a rough and unpolished one.
>>378737195Silkroad Online, actually.
>>378735784
FLYFF and Drift City, I got to play them, but by the time I got in, both of them were already going down.

MGO2, I logged in for the first time the day before they shut down ;_;7
