Yeah. People shit on it for not being a traditional MMO like XIV or WoW, it's more like Destiny or something, like it for that reason though. Which hardly matters because everything levels towards you and you win every fight outside of world bosses and dungeons by rolling face on the ability bar. It's effectively no different than Skyrim and even worse in some respects because what your character is and what skills they spec into only matters in certain places like I said above. Plus secondly, due to scaling, your character's power isn't based on your level but on your passive skills. So a level 60 will always be stronger than a level 12, even if they're both scaled, because the 60 will have more passive skills. Besides passives, there're champion points too, and it's the same deal there. Everything scales to your level, but your level is basically meaningless.

Game would be perfect except for the fact that your items don't matter until way later. Like you out level them so quickly its dumb to try and get a set. They should make it so leveling takes 5 times as more exp since levels don't even matter and you get skill points from doing things instead of filling a bar.

Also need to have it so you drop your items on death to make the economy good. It basically needs to be EVE scrolls.

Twohanders got a buff with morrowind. Not quite as high a DPS as dualwield and bow, but twohander and bow comes close. I also feel they are quite a bit more survivable with brawler (aoe attack, get a damage shield for every enemy hit with the skill, stacks up to 6 or 9 times, can make you unkillable provided there are enough enemies around you) and rally (self buff, heal over time with a big heal at the end, also buffs your weapon damage).
