If a fighting game is supposed to have good balanced gameplay, then Tekken 7 is literally the best fighting game out in a long time.

If a fighting game is supposed to be bursting with both offline and online content, then Tekken 7 is only a level above SFV whilst Injustice 2 is much higher than both.

It's basically up to you, if you're hardcore into fighters, then you will be better suited to Tekken. If you're more casual and just want to enjoy the game and a story, then Injustice 2 is better for you.

Anyone who's been exposed to more technical, more dynamic fighting games will quickly pass on tekken. Other top fighters, namely Street Fighter, KoF and MK/Injustice have advanced impressively in their latest installments; but the relic that is tekken just can't seem to evolve, furthermore many combos can be done simply by hitting 1-button, and the nearly "instant-kill" rage art moves are just laughably broken. Instead of a supplying a proper fighting engine, matches in T7 seem to rely heavily on "who can get their rage move off first". So many elements of the gameplay don't even require any sort of skill. In my book, slow motion over and over again also gets old very quickly. And in the end, it's more of a novelty or gimmick rather than an actual, thought-out fighting game mechanic. But hey, the casual crowd will be pleased!

If you want something a little more "button-masher-friendly," tekken might be your cup of tea.... Key word, might.

The two additional players along with new game mode and costumes is talking about what's included in the season pass that comes with deluxe edition, it's pretty misleading because it's implying you get it straight it out of the gate where in actuality that stuff comes out within a years time.
The only thing really exclusive to deluxe edition I believe is the metallic costumes which is a golden pallet swap for every character's default clothes along with rainbow hair. But it says its a bonus for season pass which could mean if you get season pass separately you still get it.

It has an arcade mode but since tekken 5 I believe, arcade endings have been moved to a new mode called story battles which has characters designated for the character you choose with short dialogue before fights and ending cutscenes. Unfortunately the endings in 7 are pretty lame, instead of being FMV they're non-prerendered cutscenes that take place in the arena and aren't as fun or wacky as previous games, it's pretty heart breaking because I loved them and here they didn't really seem to give a shit.
