Luck Stat is OP as fuck in all of them. It applies a direct invisible modifier to all your skills the higher it is.

Natural Luk Crit Sin builds were fucking trash in Ragnarok until Transcendence when there was more stat points available. Putting points in Luk as a Sin either meant you were squishy as fuck (low Vit), slow as fuck (low Agi) or weak as fuck (low Str) or every single non-crit was a miss (low Dex).

You can't Lucky Dodge magic and skills, so it was fucking useless in later areas of the game where monsters were casting magic and stuns and useless in PvP where magic and skills can't be dodged, Lucky or otherwise.
