I've been told this series is similar, but it seems confusing. Some people call it Shin Megami Tensei, and some call it Persona. I know that, but Raidou XL was trying to stop the events of SMT 2 and Raidou XIV stopped him. So in Raidou's timeline, the events of SMT 2 should have not been stopped. But if we assume Persona takes place in a timeline where Raidou XL succeeded then that doesn't make sense either because there's no soulless army and Japan isn't some totalitarian state.

For me, it is Okuninushi. He's the one I always have in my party.
Aside from generally having a neat all-around moveset in whichever game he is in. He was my MVP in Raidou 1 and I sent him up into space without realizing he wasn't going to come back.

So in memory of Raidokuni I will always carry one with me in Persona to remember his sacrifice and to carry his spirit like he carried me.
