What's the Rebuild of Evangelion of video games?

Metroid Zero Mission

Takes the old and adds new paint, changes a shitton of things, loses fans that appreciate the "depth"(in this case the lack of a map) of the original. ~~For the record I love Zero Mission and I think Rebuild is okay. TV was of course better though.~~
