If you're planning to use Galeforce with Cordelia the only way to do so is to turn her into a quad meme machine, get one with a +speed nature, increase that speed even higher with something like Darting Blow or L&D, just to be on the safe side give her a B skill that allows her to double no mater what, either Quick Riposte or Desperation will do.

Deployed properly and with dancer support she'll be able to demolish 3 units of the enemy team no sweat, specially if you're using flier memes with her. Otherwise it's better not to even think about Galeforce on her, she's too weak to survive long enough to use it.

I have it but it's not as good as it seems. In practice, it's difficult to charge it up since mages will generally be the first ones to attack you, and by the time Aegis is up, you'll likely have taken a decent chunk of damage. With a healer it could be pretty good, but it doesn't seem that great to me.

Effie has 33 base defense. She's the least defensive of the armor units, but with Wary Fighter she'll only take one hit most of the time anyway unless you fight one with a Brave Bow.
