Is it just me or did Persona 5 both feel too long and too short at the same time?

Every time a dungeon started to feel like it was getting good, it was over. I think they all could've been twice as long as they were. But then when the game itself was over, even after 100 hours, I kind of had a feeling of "that's it? I really enjoyed the combat, but even on hard it didn't take too long to figure out a patern for every enemy and start steamrolling every dungeon in about one in game day. I guess I just wanted more dungeons.

Supposedly she initially had black hair at the concept stage before given red hair. Ryuji dyes his hair.

Ann's part foreigner and Haru is safe to assume the mother wasn't from the country because of how outlandishly CEO evil her father is when it comes to marriage. Only question is whether Haru's mother died or divorced and the father lawyer'd up to keep the child.

I really wish the dungeons were paced better desu. Grinding in one night in P3 felt fine because it was all the same anyway, but you're actively handicapping yourself for not bumrushing through every dungeon asap and then you have some 20+ days of nothing happening.

It felt too long for me in that a lot of the later dungeons were just boring or mechanically frustrating (Spaceport, Ark) and also too short (which if just looking at plot significant events and arcs, it definitely feels too short).

I still think it's a good game, I think that the fact that a majority of the s.links are more than serviceable helps that, but I'm greatly looking forward to a FES/G equivalent to flesh it out more or at least an anime to present the characters and events in a new fashion (I thought P4A was fine in this regarding going in knowing the issues it'd have adapting the game)

The best dungeon was Kamoshida's Castle. It is the only one in the game that actually requires thoughtful SP management to get through in 1 day.

SP recovery passives/accessories need to be banned. They made the game too easy.

Just fyi being a recessive gene doesn't mean that a parent needs to be ginger.
If both parents have a recessive ginger gene, they may not be ginger but a child could easily inherit it.
Ginger also often skips generations due to this and other weird quirks if I recall.

I think the real draw for Futaba's design that works for me is the dorky glasses and the ahoge. You take away either and she doesn't even fee like the same character.

I think one of the problems is that you can defeat the final boss of a palace weeks before deadline, but the effects take until after the deadline anyway to appear. In Futaba's case, she's asleep the whole time. Madarame is also bedridden after his palace is cleared. But it makes for a very drawn out lull in the main plot which is further underscored by your team mates constantly wondering if it really worked. Kaneshiro literally had his change of heart and turned himself in the day after you clear his palace, but even then your whole party wonders if it really worked until after the deadline. It hurts the pacing and interrupts the flow between story and gameplay.
It would've been better if the deadline was the agreed-upon heist day, meaning you could get close to the treasure on the first visit barring madarame-tier security blocks, but would not send the calling card until the deadline day. In other words, more like how P3 had full moon bosses, so all your free time and preparation all lead up to the boss and subsequent plot, rather than doing a couple of days prep, one shotting the boss, and then spending weeks waiting for the plot to cough back into life.

Yeah, I actually agree with that. I like the idea of sending the calling card on the last day. Gameplay wise, the downtime is still fun, but it does lead to some strange story issues.It didn't really affect my enjoyment of the game tho.
