Games with destructible doors/walls are much better when you can have a dedicated blowy upper for quick breaching. They're also a great counter for people who are camped in good defensive positions.

I find them to be as good as hitscan. Cold War, EPG, Softball all fun as hell. Although I haven't played as much as I used to.

G-launchers are fun, tactical tools in arena shooters. Often overshadowed by rockets, but still handy in right setting.

They are also very handy in co-op games in skillful hands. Killing Floor is a great example.

Demo is one of TF2's most balanced classes now: the most mid-tier class in both Pubs and Comp, easy to learn, hard to master, lots of counterplay, lots of impressive tricks, and all of his weapons are either balanced or underpowered, none are OP.

Silenced LMG build is a better workhorse. You can get a MG42 past the 40 breakpoint with nearly perfect accuracy and recoil, and have ammo for days off pickups. With a bipod you get to the point where it's basically a laser rifle. Carry an RPG for dozers and you're golden.

The thing about silenced builds is that bipods negate gun accuracy mods while in bipod mode, and sets it to 92. But silencer skill buffs still count so it gets maxed out at 100.
