>Games that made you sad?
The fact that Dead Space 3 even existed makes me sad.
>Moments in games that made you sad?
The moment I realized that GW2 was like what would happen if you used a monkey's paw for a sequel.
Pokemon mystery dungeon 1 and 2
Never finished 3 because of limited Pokemon and never got 4 because of how disappointing mgs5 was so didn't want to risk another disappointment

Jenny being killed in The Darkness. My one regret playing that game is Paulie's death wasn't more gruesome and inhumane.

Pic related. I didn't expect this scene to have such an impact despite being hinted at right from the beginning.

It only went downhill from there, and is rather short compared to 1&2 aswell.

Let's see...
>Twilight Princess when Midna leaves
>NiGHTS Journey of Dreams when NiGHTS fades away
>OoT when you come upon the soldier dying in Castle Town
>Splatterhouse when the gf is taken away
>Basically all of Witcher 3 cause nothing turns out well for anybody in that game
>Most of Hotel Dusk
That's all I can think of right now for some reason but I tend to get really attached to characters in games, and I'm prone to sadness as it is with depression. Most games end up making me sad at one point or another. In cases like Splatterhouse it also pisses me off to the point I have to keep going.
Bastion's ending when you save Zulf.

>the attack
>trying to save everyone
>you fucking can't
The reveal and the end Minerva's Den made me pretty bummed out. Other then that, no. I need to play some emotional games, because I find as I get older it's easier for my to get choked up at movies so if I could find a game to do that, it'd be great.
>Nier Ending E
>Persona 2 IS ending (he did nothing wrong)
>Maiden Astraea fight in DeS
>Killer7
>All of Ico due to it's isolated and depressing atmosphere

Arthur...? you sound like you're saying goodbye
even knowing way before the game fucking came out, crisis core.
>fucking hate the character from the first stupid fucking words out of his mouth
>fucking cool top-shelf bro by the end.
>that FUCKING end
<<Heh, I'm gonna miss that voice>>
This scene fucked me up pretty bad. As weird as it sounds, this scene made me look at Cray completely different. He had been a pretty questionable character in his motives and actions but I really felt for him.

That wasn't sad, that was a gigantic kick in the nuts in video game form.
>>378655781

easy to forget how that game got deep out of fucking nowhere now and then.
