How easy is it to run PS1, 2 & 3 ISOs on here?

If you have a console already on firmware 3.55 or below, easy as fuck. If not, you have to downgrade using a hardware flasher.

All fats and certain early slims can be downgraded. Super slims cannot be downgraded. Early fats (CECHA & CECHB) have perfect PS2 compatibility since they literally have the PS2 hardware built-in, but fats in general are more prone to failure (YLOD) than slims are.

About 75% compatible.
Some games don't work at all (Jak1, Fatal Frame 2), some have minor glitches of varying kinds (SH2 has MC's leg randomly disappear, MGS3:S has worse performance than on PS2...). Most of the big titles do still work fine.

EU fat 60GB models only had emulation as well.

Probably about 75%. A lot of games work, but a few don't. I remember specifically Soul Calibur 2 & 3 were glitchy as fuck, and Street Fighter EX3 didn't even boot.
