Just finished playing The Last Guardian. It was very repetitive at times, and SotC is still my favorite game of theirs, but I still had fun playing it.

Playing Diablo 3 for the first time since release. They did a fantastic job fixing the old issues. Just waiting for FF12 to come out. Overall I'm happy

It actually really easy to set up if you google the guide it takes like 10 mins to set up with translation patch. The only problem is the actual download time with a vpn up. But the way Dragons dogma online works is that the world map is instanced like Guild Wars 1 so even with a vpn on you don't lag. So basically you can party up with a bunch of people in town then go out fucking shit up without feeling lag due to how the game is built.

It also has an option to keep the game constantly at 60fps to the best of the games ability. It genuinely runs better then games like black desert online or wildstar. All the english players go to world 13 and its easy to find other people to play with.

I think honestly that it was due to the art style the 3d modelers used. It was very easy for early ps1 games to become ugly due to how bad 3d was at the time. But MGS1 made very square models that had very good textures for the time. For me it creates a very similar feeling to pixel art found in games like ff6 or chrono trigger in that the artistic vision keeps the integrity of the graphics.

I just can't stop playing, it's so much fun. It's the game I've never knew I always wanted.

Been on a pretty big roll, beat a bunch of stuff the last few months that I either never got around to or came out (BoTW, Nier Automata, Persona 5, Half Life and expansions, System Shock 2, Gravity Rush, Yooka-Laylee, Mass Effect Andromeda), and so on.
