Not OP but question about Morrowind.

If I have a spell with a wide damage range, like let's say 1-60.
Do my int/willpower stats influence the outcome in anyway? Or is it just completely random?

Also, is there a time limit on finishing the main quest? Or can I abuse 'rest till fully healed' all I want?

No time limits. You can take a quest and fuck around for hundreds of hours, then finish the quest and nothing negative happens.
The first question, damage range affects spell chance of success, which is dependent on Willpower, Intelligence, Luck, and skill level.
