Cause the devs clearly have no fucking clue what they're doing. It's not the same Crash. I know it's a remaster but it is not the same ducking Crash. The tone, atmosphere, etc of the game is different, same goes for music, sound effect t-shirt, etc. It's a half baked unity looking mess.
