The 3ds probably doesn't have long. I'm pleasantly surprised by its continued lifespan, but if the n2DS XL release signals anything to me, it's nintendo saying "this console is on the outs, here's your chance to play all the games on the system with the best hardware revision without paying more for 3d you won't use"

I'll be surprised if their next move isn't moving all new entries on their money-printing handheld franchises like Pokemon, Monster Hunter, Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing to the switch to consolidate their install base

Its because the artstyle is an objective downgrade. If the character on the right had been drawn in the original style, she likely would have been better than the original Eruca. However, she was drawn in generic shitty style (that makes Stocke looks like he's about to cry on the cover), and simply can't compare to the much better DESIGNED original Eruca.

The only good games on that list are FE2 remake, Radiant Historia remaster, Strange Journey remaster and Dragon Quest 11.

I'm pretty sure we won't get the 3DS version of DQ11 in the west so you can safely cross that off.

Radiant Historia and Strange Journey remasters can also get dropped considering Atlus USA's history with PSP (not bringing the Devil Summoner and Persona 2 Eternal Punishment remasters due to PSP being late in life)
