God-tier as far as aesthetics go. Art style's cool, soundtrack is fucking bangin', and the banter is literally perfect.
Gameplay's admittedly not the best though, and the engine stutters, but it's still an incredibly enjoyable experience.

Fantastic game, got that good old fashioned platinum feel before stuff like korra/transformers/tmnt existed. Bangin tunes, I really, really hope it gets a pc port along with anarchy reigns sometime in the future.

The soundtrack is great (so is Max Anarchy's if you like that ind of music), the art is great, as is the chara design and the game was fun overall, a bit short with shit bike sequences though.

The game's formatting is pretty weird.
You have the main plot, you have the commentary and you have the music's lyrics and they all talk about the world, but they really don't have anything to do with each other. Just what you play.
