Not him but you will have to move your hand from the WASD or mouse to reach 890-=. 7 is a stretch 6 is managable. Sure if you have giant hands and not my little baby boy hands it may be easier. What I do is 1-5, Shift 1-5, alt 1-5, control 1-5. Last 2 of the first row I don't really use regularly but they can be tilde and Shift+tilde, last 2 of row just above the first is Shift+Q and shift+E.

have your main combo bound E Q 1 like in my screenshot, it makes it really natural for your hand to move and do that combo at the same time
pressing 2 for heavy thrust also feels really natural

And have both bound to the the ~ key. As a dragoon, you have two main combos, True > Vorpal > Thrust Thrusts and Impulse Drive > Disembowl > Chaos thrust. I have my bars set up so that the first set of combos are 2-3-4 on bar 1 and the second set is 2-3-4 on bar 5. That way I can just switch between the two with the tilde key.

It's extremely useful for being a lazy healer with macros that target your target's target. For white mage I have single target heals hot bar 1, slot 1-4, damage spells hot bar 5, slot 1-4, aoe heals f1-f4, and cool downs alt Q-alt E. I can do an entire dungeon targeting only the tank, with one hand, never leaving the same 8 keys and still get 3-7 commendations every time.

What was everyone's opinion/rating of Heavensward on a scale of 1-10?

I feel like it was hilariously mediocre. It did nothing to change the actual formula of content, 2/3 of the new jobs started off fucking awful, balancing jobs was fucking awful all throughout, and there were some glaring combat issues that were never addressed, such as Parry.
Gordias killed the raiding scene, we had 5/6 months of pure nothing until 3.1 which was even more garbage like Void Ark, Diadem, and LoV.
The story was nice and there were some solid additions such as PoTD but for the most part it didn't really feel like that great of an expansion.

Dragonsong War story was good. WoD got wrapped up too quickly imo. Not sure if Stormblood will be able to make it to the same level as Dragonsong War.
I enjoyed most of it but content DID get dry quite a few times leading me to taking breaks until the next patch hit.

24 Mans raid were whatever besides Ozma.
I enjoyed Alexander for the most part, but the highs really were on a whole nother level from the mediocre. The new mechanics like the QTE and the timestop in Creator were really cool for an MMO. However I have no desire to do any of those raids for fun again except for Brute Justice, Cruise Chaser, and Alex Prime.
All the trials were pretty neat. Thordan best fight in the game

Some great highs. Some low lows. Rather hated how empty the zones were. Running quests in them felt nearly empty, even in the first few weeks, where as in ARR, people were all packed in the smaller zones. But the highs pulled it over everything else. From the Foundation at night, to the journey with the crew, to the loss of a friend and a final battle with the knights of the round, there's not that much more I could've asked for. Oh, and Matoya. God, I loved that part with Matoya.

Dragonsong really was the highlight of it, like I bitched about a few posts ago it goes to shit whenever it returns to the loser scions and retarded ascians. So I hope for Stormblood it's almost all Ala Mhigger and Doma shit, very little Ascian kekaku faggotry and primals presented as more than just the WoL being terminix bug cleaners. As much as I liked the tragedy biggest loss was not having a new scions with Haurchefaunt, ysale, Estinein, Alphinaud, that potato sewing girl since we can't get rid of her, maybe Aymeric and his Garlean girlfriend. Throw in Yshtola if you have to have someone from the old guard even if she's boring as fuck or better yet Yugiri. Maybe her Nip fellowship will be more fun and capable than the scions. Good riddance to bad rubbish with Minfilia jesus christ the shifting sands or whatever that first scion HQ was should burn in hell.

The scions aren't as bad as destiny's edge in GW2 but they were damn close in AAR.

I hate Ascians, too. I hope we never see much of them either in Stormblood but we know that they pull the strings in everything bad that's happening so that they can cause destruction and summon their god, so that'll never happen.

Job design was a rushed disaster and really shows why horizontal progression and customization is better. I was perfectly happy with my ARR DRG, but felt forced to change to MNK because DRG rotation went to shit.

Raids and trials are huge chores full of dumb mechanics to memorize (read: waste time), and without raiding there's not much to do.

24-person raiding started weak but then became the highlight of the game. Fun, chaotic, they really mastered the design.

Story lacked what I expected when I saw the trailer: the dragonsong war. I thought that defending Ishgard would go beyond just "oh hey they're attacking the city, oh no Nidhogg is here, we killed Nidhogg now everything is ok"
