it depend, if your plan is to play in a casual way, Overwatch, since is more easy to get into it.
Now, if you want to play like 300hrs just to know the basis, and still sucks for other 500hrs then Dota 2.

You want a real answer ? Overwatch because is a fun casual game multiplayer with short length match and less toxic than dota 2.

But if you want an 1h game with lots of toxic and little possible comeback from a lost game try dota2.
