It's still ridiculously fast compared to the other tanks under blood weapon. As far as we know, the other tanks dont have a skill that increases gauge development, only halves it. Dark release is going to see a lot of use because you're not going to want to overflow on Blackblood, and you wont be able to use Vertical Slash once its on CD.
